Representative Limits: Each sponsoring/exhibiting organization is limited to bring 2 representatives per booth/sponsorship due to social gathering and capacity restrictions. 


Safety Considerations and COVID-19: Vaccine Required to Attend

  • Review the OHCA Event Safety Protocols here. Please note, all in-person attendees, including exhibitors and sponsors MUST BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.
  • Vaccine status will be verified during check-in. Exhibitors/sponsors must bring their COVID-19 vaccine card, a photo of the card, or vaccine passport and driver's license to show during the onsite check-in process.
  • Individuals whose vaccination status cannot be verified will be asked to leave the event and may attend virtually. 

Event Benefits for Sponsors and Exhibitors

All sponsors and exhibitors receive the following benefits: 

  • Pre-event registration list (2 weeks before the event)
  • Post-event registration list (1 week following the event)
  • 2 registrations for your team members to attend the Annual Convention
  • 1 invitation to attend the VIP Happy Hour (sponsors and premium exhibit booths only)
  • Additional benefits based on your unique sponsorship or booth
