To protect the health of our members and their residents, OHCA will host this special conference as a live virtual experience using the same platform as our 2020 Virtual Annual Convention (view
here). During this event, we’ll celebrate all those working to provide quality care and services to long term care residents and staff during this difficult time with the theme “Finding Joy in the New Normal."
Sponsorship and Exhibit Options
- Live Stream Session Sponsorships ($2,000), include the opportunity to play a pre-recorded commercial or message to attendees or tune in live to share your message and introduce the speaker and a listing on the sponsor profile page
- Event Program Advertisements ($800), includes your advertisement in our digital program shared with all members in all event promotions as well as during the event and a listing on the sponsor profile page
- Rotating Right Side Banner/Virtual Website Sponsor ($1,000), share your logo and information on the virtual event landing page along with a link out to your webpage and a listing on the sponsor profile page
- Breakout Session/Video Discussion Moderator Sponsorships ($1,000), includes the opportunity to moderate a breakout session of your choice and a listing on the sponsor profile page
- Virtual Trade Show Exhibitor Profile and Swag Bag Participation ($800), includes the opportunity to participate in the virtual trade show and a listing on the exhibitor profile page
- Virtual Swag Bag Only Participation ($500), includes a listing on the exhibitor profile page
About the Virtual Trade Show
Based on exhibitor feedback, the Spring Expo virtual Trade Show will differ slightly from the 2020 Annual Convention virtual Trade Show. At Spring Expo, the Trade Show has been simplified to allow attendees to find your company through an alphabetical exhibitor listing page. During the one-hour dedicated virtual Trade Show, exhibitors will have their chat windows open and are encouraged to do a short presentation on an educational topic during this time. These educational offerings and options will be shared with attendees in advance. They are intended to spark attendee interest but also to facilitate Q&A among trade show vendors and attendees. Giveaways will also be available for Trade Show vendors to distribute to keep the Trade Show active and exciting! We look forward to your participation and to hearing any additional ideas to enhance the show!
