In this presentation, attorney Rebecca A. Boyette an associate at Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt, will address the unique compliance challenges faced by long term care employers. Specifically, she will highlight commonly seen labor and employment law claims and discuss the policies and procedures you need to ensure compliance, including required documentation and best practices.
