Oregon law now requires that a uniform quality metrics reporting system be developed to measure and compare performance of assisted living and residential care communities across the state. This webinar will review regulatory fundamentals, best practices for implementing quality metric measurements and customer satisfaction, and strategies for continuous compliance and quality improvement.
