applicants. This webinar will help applicants outline their systematic approaches and demonstrate sustainable organization and process results linked to key customer requirements, success factors, and challenges--with a focus on resources, tips for submitting their applications,
deadline reminders, and more. Attendees will gain a better understanding of what examiners are looking for and how to use the award criteria as a quality improvement tool. In addition, attendees will also use the award process to focus, align and accelerate your performance excellence efforts, thus becoming a high-performing organization!
OHCA encourages you to attend this workshop as a team. A team approach is the most effective method to develop your application in a manner that makes it a "management document" and not just an awards application. Pricing is per community.
